Nature only concludes its supply contracts with that
who values, cherishes and cares for them.

Many people talk about sustainability today.
We at Admonter guarantee it.

We have been working with wood in our wooded Admont region for almost 1000 years. His incorruptible Beauty and originality have influenced our craft and our thinking since the beginning.

We are firmly convinced that only careful treatment of nature and people can produce something special.
Something that is still true at second glance and whose beauty affects both the inside and the outside.

Whoever chooses Admonter makes a decision
also for nature. And in every respect.

PEFC | Sustainability can be proven

The “Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes” (PEFC) is the independent proof that wood and the resulting products come from sustainably managed forests.

It is one of the largest wood certification systems in the world and ensures that our Forests with their diverse functions are preserved for future generations (see www.pefc.at).

Austrian eco-label

The Austrian Ecolabel is a government-awarded seal of quality that identifies products that are manufactured in an environmentally friendly manner. Products marked with the eco-label for use indoors have no or only low levels of pollutants and thus make an important contribution to indoor air quality (see Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, publication The Austrian Eco-label 2014).

Building sustainably – so that future generations also have a future

Whether new construction or renovation: For most building families today, sustainable construction is a given. It is important to take into account the environmental properties of the materials used over the entire life cycle of a building – from construction to recycling. On the not always uncomplicated path to a sustainable home, the environmental product declaration EPD is an important and, above all, neutral instrument for orientation.

EPD | ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCT DECLARATION

The environmental product declaration EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) is intended to make it easier for building families, architects and processors to assess the environmental impact
to be able to compare different products with each other. An EPD is a neutral instrument for communicating the environmental properties of products and their production, tested by an independent body and according to uniform rules. In addition to certifications and approvals, companies are free to create the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). The EPD is a neutral instrument for communicating the environmental properties of a product. It documents the environmental performance across the product life cycle “ecological footprint” – based on a life cycle assessment. The program holder of our EPD is the German Institute for Building and Environment (IBU).
